December 20th Yuletide Announcement!

As of Dec. 16th we have reached our site’s capacity of 50 people and we cannot accept any further reservations. If you have not already saved a space for the event, please do not attempt to attend: we have a hard limit and will have to turn you away.

Schedule

2:00 pm – The doors to the event officially open

2:00-5:30 pm Games and Activities (Including Board Games, Silent Auction, Scribal Table, White Elephant Exchange, and Photobooth)

(A circle of chairs will be provided for white elephant to be converted to the dance area later.)

5:30 pm-7:30 pm – Potluck Dinner! Bring a dish to share with an ingredients list please!

(Don’t forget your feast gear!)

7:30-9:30 pm – Medieval Dancing led by Algirdas Wolthus with live music!

9:30-10:00 pm – Clean Up

We are looking for decorations for the photobooth (medieval tapestries, medieval chairs, stools, props, etc.)

Alcohol is allowed on site! (responsibly)
