Mary of Meadowcroft

Lady Mary enjoys archery and represented the kingdom on its champions team at Pennsic XLIX and L. She recently took 2nd place with bows at the Holiday Archery Shoot, beating many others at that competition.

At Pennsic XLVI she won the Youth Archery Tournament, and in May, 2017, she won the Youth Archery Tournament at the Wars of the Roses. Mary also helped her team win a walk-about competition at Shoote in the Wildewood in 2014 and scored highest in the archery component of the 2017 Cast Iron Chef contest at Delftwood.

After taking a basketry class at Pennsic in 2019, Mary has crafted many baskets, a reed backpack, and a reed quiver, which she donated as a prize in an archery contest.

Mary has received a Silver Alce for her skill on the archery range and the Queen’s Inspiration for progressing into the semi-finals of the Fourth Annual Holiday Shoot in Dec. 2019.
